No Hidden extras …

All our prices are clearly displayed in our PRICES page and our delivery service includes up to an hour of set up at no additional cost.

We won’t charge you for a deposit but the hire is conditional on you having your own Insurance in place.

Even our smallest projectors are still quite powerful and bright so ask yourself what sort of screen size I need for my audience, we can then confirm the best projector size you should be considering.

It depends on your audience. We have a variety of different screen sizes and formats to choose from. If you have an idea of the audience size and the whether your content will suit a wide screen 16:9 Format or older style 4:3 ratio, we can then help select the best combination for you. Our Equipment uses industry standard connections and we choose quality brands to help ensure that there will be no connectivity issues.

However due to the constant updating of equipment by various manufacturers we strongly recommend you telling us in advance what equipment, such as laptops you intend to be using on the day and what connections they have.

If using video presentations we always recommend preloading these on your Laptops or if hiring ours and test the content runs smoothly before the event.

We supply all our projectors with an VGA and HDMI cable (1.5m length)

Longer cables are available on request.

ADAPTOR ALERT …..

You might still need an additional adaptor so please be sure you have the correct one ready for your hire or contact us for further help and information.

PC: Displayport, Thunderbolt, USBC

You might be surprised but this is one of the most common things that gets overlooked in the initial planning of an event.

Your presentation or a 3rd party bringing their own presentation might require sound so please do check and let us know as we can supply a range of solutions.

We always try our very best to fit in with your event set up and start times so please do let us know at the time of booking what is the earliest we can deliver and what time you need everything set up by. Please note we need this information to also help ensure that we all have adequate time to set up and test our equipment.

What is your Finish Time? We always try to offer you a collection the next day from 9am to help save everyone money, however of course if its going to be a late finish, please let us know in advance as out of hours collections will be charged at an additional rate.
